This deep fryer is in excellent condition. It has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready to go. It has a oil reservoir that allows you to drain the oil and filter after each use into the reservoir. All parts are dishwasher safe. The reservoir comes apart for a proper cleaning. This is great for cooking fish, chicken and of course, fries. This has been lightly used and works perfectly.
