Only 1 hour’s drive from downtown Ottawa, this cottage is ideal for a quiet couple looking to enjoy the beauty of White Lake and the surrounding region. The cottage is close to scenic waterfalls, Burnstown’s famous Neat Cafe, and Calabogie peaks, however, your favourite activity might just be watching the sunset from the deck on the lakefront.

3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 queens)
Two large living spaces, bright kitchen, and full bathroom
Expansive front deck and lakeside deck with western sun
Dock with great water for swimming, sailing, boating, and fishing
Full road access
Private lot surrounded by trees

$11,000 for the whole season (June 6 to Oct 9th)
Boat rentals are available at the marinas on the lake and there is a launch up the road.
We are looking for a renter who will see the cottage as their home away from home. We expect that you can take care of any small repairs that come up, and we will handle any larger maintenance issues.
There is good cell connectivity, and previous renters have found that rocket sticks or hot spots provide the internet needed for work and basic streaming. The water is pumped from the lake, so you must provide your own drinking water. No smoking. Pets negotiable
This is an ideal cottage for quiet folks. Inviting the occasional guest while you are up is no problem, however, this is not the right cottage for loud groups or parties. We hope you will love the cottage and our quiet community as much as we do!

Available any consecutive 4 or more days Starting September 24. This includes Thanksgiving week . $400 per day. This cottage is located on Lake Muskoka only five minutes from the town of Gravenhurst. The cottage features a great swimming area that deepens to 6 feet at the end of the dock. Amenities include a canoe, large wooden deck, picnic table, barbecue and a 60 inch TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. The cottage has WiFi and Bell TV with home theatre sound. There is docking for one boat up to 30 feet in length. The upper level of the boathouse has a fantastic rustic room with a balcony that overlooks the lake. The cottage has three bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in the third. Maximum capacity is 6 people. Pets are welcome. Make your summer memories at the Caddy Lake Beach House! A newly renovated cabin, right on beautiful Caddy Lake, (located in the Whiteshell Provincial Park) just around the corner from the famous tunnels.
The Beach House offers a spacious kitchen and dining area with amazing lake views, a cozy living room and games area with wrap around windows, 4 tranquil bedrooms (sleeps up to 10 people) and an upgraded bathroom.
Spend time out on the front deck barbecuing and soaking up the sun, or choose to enjoy the ample amount of beach available, either at the lower beach near the water or the upper beach closer to the deck. The waterfront has a shallow sand entry, which is a favourite among kids and adults alike. If jumping into the water is more your style, we also offer a dock system with plenty of length to get your speed up before your impressive cannonball. Or to dock your boat.
Bring or rent a canoe from Caddy Lake Resort to tour the lake and explore the first tunnel, a patio set and loungers to relax on after a long day of summertime fun and a lakeside firepit is available for cooking all those delicious summertime s'mores! (Renters responsible for their own firewood).
The Beach House is equipped with 3 air conditioners, as well as baseboard heat throughout the cabin, so it will be just the right temperature, regardless of the weather. We also provide satellite TV for those who wish to watch the game, stay up-to-date with the news, or to distract the kids on those rainy days!
The Beach House is a family-oriented cabin, with many other families on the bay, so NO PARTIES please!
NO smoking allowed anywhere on the property. (No exceptions, sorry.)
