Canadian Red Cross CPR/AED Course
Description
The Blended Online – In-Class Learning for Level C CPR (adult, child & infant)/AED cost is $74.00 (including tax) each, which includes the certification card, and gloves.
- You should register and make payment as soon as possible to be able to get a seat and have enough time to complete the online portion prior to the in-class date. Anytime before the course, you can work on completing the online. If possible, we suggest starting the online a week or two before the date to have enough time to complete it as it can take up to 4 hours and time to call the Canadian Red Cross if you need help. I can only send the online once, I cannot assist you with the online or help you obtain your certificate, due to privacy rights I don’t have access to them, only the Canadian Red Cross can. Make sure On-line is entirely completed before the class!!
- Please note there is no refund policy. See below for more details. Refunds are not available. No exceptions.

Cancellation Information:
In case of pandemic related issues, weather conditions, not enough participants, instructor emergencies, personal issues/emergencies of participants, etc.:
- If KCM postpones or you have to postpone, your fee will be transferred to another course date. We will try to accommodate for another class as quickly as possible. Refunds are not available. No exceptions. We will make sure that participants will always get the course they have paid for. Fees can also be transferred to someone else if needed. You have one year from the date of the course.
- I will try to give you as much notice as possible if we need to postpone a course. As rescheduling is difficult, I only postpone if absolutely necessary.
- Please make sure a personal number is supplied so I can contact each participant.
- If the weather is a concern, please text or call me as that is easier than me contacting everyone. Please do not text or call any earlier than 7:00. I do use radio to postpone a course, but I prefer to receive a text or call from everyone.
- As Safety and Prevention are a huge part of what we teach, we will cancel a course if we think in any way the students or instructor’s safety is at risk, even if it has to be a last-minute decision.
