Shamrock Automotive urgently requires an experienced Auto Partsperson for our busy repair shop in the MacKenzie Industrial Park.
Position entails controlling existing inventory, verifying and sourcing parts for our mechanics. There is a small amount of direct retail sales to the general public, but the vast majority is internal.
The position is for an initial period of three months but there is a good possibility that it will evolve into a full-time position.
Experience with the Mitchell system is a definite asset but we will train if necessary.
Experience in a repair facility environment is essential, along with the ability to recognize and source parts from a variety of suppliers. A trade or apprenticeship certificate in the Automotive Parts field is preferable, but will consider applicants with sufficient experience.
