WELDING AND FABRICATION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Welding and Fabrication Supervisor is a key position that manages production operations, safety, quality and employees in the welding and fabrication department. The supervisor will manage overall operations and will be responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, quality control, productivity and safety measures.

General Duties:
Supervise and coordinate employees engaged in welding and fabrication activities
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and work orders
Train employees in operation of welding tools and equipment
Implement safe welding techniques and ensures all company policies and procedures are being followed
Assigns work to meet daily priorities and achieve deadlines
Manage inventory and ordering materials
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have 5-10+ years of experience in all methods of welding and fabrication and machining
Must have 3+ years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
Must have experience in the oil and gas industry
Must have experience with line boring
Must have experience as a machinist
Must have experience welding vehicles and heavy duty equipment
Experience in construction of wind turbines
Mechanical Engineering experience considered an asset
Must be able to read blueprints and maintain organized documents
Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project goals
Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
Critical thinking with exceptional problem solving skills
Utilize material safety data sheets (MSDS) and other necessary safety forms
Complete onboarding, logs and accident reports
Education: Credentials: Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detailMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent GED
AUTOCAD 2D and 3D (NERLEI) Course Education
Welding Technician certification or equivalent
CSTS’09, OSSA/BSO, First Aid

We have been in the business of producing custom residential and commercial millwork for 35 years.We are seeking a Cabinet Installer who takes pride in their work and wants to work with our high quality products on custom residential and commercial millwork projects.
The cabinet installer is responsible for the completion of contracted cabinet installation work required in the field as per our installation guidelines and practices.Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installing custom cabinetry and countertops
- Loading and unloading jobs
- Setting up Equipment and tools
- Safe and responsible operation and care of company equipment
- Meet company quality and standards
- Providing warranty work when requiredExperience/Education Requirements:
- 2 years minimum of detailed knowledge and hands on experience in the installation of custom cabinets, countertops, mouldings, hardware and millwork

I have experience moving , construction, drywall, roofing,farm hand, landscaping, wearhouse management , forklift, general labour, wood work, running machinery I'm currently working on getting my ID and my tickets to work in the oil industry but need something to keep me afloat while I'm waiting. I have a pipe fitters apprenticeship but haven't been able to aquire my blue book or work any hours towards it yet. That's my main goal is to get work in that field if you have any way to help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

MULTIPLE positions available and a continual need to add experienced Red Seal/Journeyman Field Heavy Equipment Technicians who specialize in Hydraulic Shovels and CAT 797 to 789 Haul Truck repair and maintenance
These positions are in safety-sensitive positions, in safety-sensitive environments, on a 14/14 rotation within mine sites in the Alberta Oil Sands in the Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region. HETs will work 12 hour days, alternating sets between days and nights.If a HET at an alternate level from that of a Red Seal/Journeyperson, with the necessary skills and experience to meet the job requirements, the base rate will be adjusted to the Alberta industry standards, as per the level of certification as it translates to Alberta.

The person in this position will be expected to work 12 hours per shift on a 14/14 rotation, starting as early as 5:45, alternating sets between days and nights.
The HET will:
Specialize in CAT 797 Haul Truck and/or Hydraulic Shovel Maintenance & Repair
Check dozers, haul trucks, excavators and other heavy construction and mining equipment for proper performance
Inspect equipment for defects and malfunctions
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
Repair and replace defective parts, components and/or systems
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and that it meets or exceeds manufacturer's specifications
What We Need From YOU:
A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work
A minimum of 3 years experience working with large construction and open pit mining equipment
MUST include in depth experience with CAT, Komatsu, John Deere and Hitachi
Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills
Superior mechanical aptitude
Shop and/or field work experience
Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
MUST be able to complete a Respirator
The ability to work in a remote location
The ability to lift and manage 50 pounds without assistance

Looking to add a Winch Truck Driver to our company in Red Earth Creek.
Class 1 license is required
Standard oilfield tickets are an asset but not immediately required.
Experience with oilfield hauling is required, bed truck experience is also an asset.
Mechanically inclined would also be an asset, as basic troubleshooting is a requirement.
Must be motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision, must be willing to learn.
We have 2 Weldco swing cab cranes, winch tractors, bed truck, highway tractor and smaller knuckle pickers. We repair, service and setup pumpjacks, as well as move service rigs, experience in any of these would also be an asset. There is a small amount of oilfield related highway hauls 1-2 trips per month, as possible gravel haul in summer months.
Housing is provided for employees, employees have their own room and must cook and clean up after themselves, as well as supply their own food and bedding. Cookware, appliances and furniture are provided.
Three month probationary period.
Starting wage of $40 to $50 per hour, this depends upon experience and skill. Overtime after 8 hours, holiday pay paid out every 2 week pay period. Steady hours year round with more in peak seasons. Please call to discuss wage, as every applicant has different experience, and a better assessment can be made from an interview. Must be able to provide a 3 Year Claims Experience Letter.
Shift would be 2 weeks on and 1 week off, can be flexible.
