7 month lease May 1 to Nov 30: $2,650/mo, with first and last month and security deposits required, exempt from 13% state and county tax on rent.

-$150 Tenant Evaluation fee (per married couple or $150 each adult tenant) to be paid by applicant to Tenant Evaluation when applying

$1,200 refundable deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks after your stay.

45 days or less before 1st day of rental -- Cancellation fee is 100% of all Rent deposits paid
No refunds for partial stays.
There are no elevators in any of the buildings in the complex. No pets permitted.
Centrally located - 20 min drive to beaches, to downtown St. Petersburg and to Tampa.
Clearwater Mall with Costco, Super Target, Lowes, Petsmart is 1.7 miles north on US 19 and Gulf To Bay Blvd, a 5 min drive/38 min walk.
Bus 19 stops at US19 and Bellaire intersection.
Close commute to Phillies (BayCare Ballpark Clearwater 6 min/2.5 mile drive) and Blue Jays (TD Ballpark Dunedin 17 min/8.5 mile drive) spring training grounds.
