SCR (AdBlue) and NOx sensors bypass module for Mercedes BlueTec
cars and vans- SCR control unit totally simulated with bypass. When bypass connected and real SCR module disconnected, during diagnostics with StarDiagnose you will see, that your SCR module present and pass all possible tests. Dealers can check heaters, pump, valves and even make SCN coding and flash new firmware to "simulated" SCR module - bypass will look exactly like real SCR. You do not need to explain to mechanic that you have bypass - nobody will realise that SCR is not real but simulated.
Description
Our SCR Emulator purpose and goal - is to give opportunity to lower cost of a repair to owner of a Mercedes BlueTec car, equipped with modern SCR system with AdBlue injection, when SCR system has a permanent fault or just turn AdBlue injection off for any other reasons (Rent-a-car/Taxi/Delivery cars or vans)
Our SCR emulator car replace SCR module as well as NOx sensors when one or more system components are faulty and SCR module limiting car operation (see pictures) you do not need to replace expensive AdBlue heater just to know, that next few monthes your NOx sensors will die.
You can install AdBlue bypass when SCR system is totally free of problems as well - in that case you can be sure, that problems never will come from that side.
On Mercedes cars any permanent fault in SCR system makes car limited milage or number of possible motor starts. After that milage of motor starts owner will be NOT able to start motor anymore.
After SCR Emulator retrofit it is possible totally remove all SCR/Adblue components off the car. You have opportunity to remove AdBlue Tank with all equipment - but this is owners choice for sure.
one more benefit, that EMU bypass installation is not final - you can remove it any time (simple disconnect power wire = red one), then connect SCR module and NOx sensors back - and system start to work factory default (in case of no defects) - this can be important for Taxi/Delivery cars or vans
SCR Emulator is totally clear with Star-Diagnosis diagnostic. Diring diagnostic session you will see, that all components works as expected. After short test you will see no DTC (Error) related to SCR/AdBlue and NOx sensors.

- Bypass installation keeps your emission inspection related monitors located at CDI control module
fully working. So after EMU installation your car will pass emission inspection no problem. CDI
module think, that AdBlue system works as expected.- Even with 0 starts we can get it started.
