Managing a small team of data analysts, engineers, and developers.Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum five years' experience in data, analytics, and related technology roles. Leadership in developing innovative data assets and high-quality analysis. Proven track record in delivering successful, high-quality projects. Experience in managing a small data/technology team. Thrives in a fast-paced, smaller business environment. Capable of hands-on support and encouraging team initiative. Degree educated in data, analytics, and related technology. Preferred (but not essential) background in consulting, client-facing, or internal roles.Qualities We're Looking For: Logical thinking, analytical approaches, and problem-solving skills.
