Responsibilities:
Through planning, preparing and delivering quality class instruction and slides based on the approved curriculum, the instructor provides an enriching learning environment for students by using career-oriented teaching methods.
The main teaching content should cover:
1) An overview of the cyber threat landscape and the impact on the public.
2) A deep analysis of threat vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
3) Confidentiality integrity and availability including vulnerability assessment model, goal and tools.
4) Cyber protection defence and mitigation including network security and hardening.
5) Overview of cyber security employment sectors and job opportunities in public and private sector in Canada.
6) Overview of cyber security certification such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or OSCP from CompTIA, ISC, ISACSA etc.
The instructor helps students stay engaged and ensure that students are progressing effectively. The instructor works under the guidance and supervision of the Training Manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, cyber security, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in cyber security or a related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training experience in cyber security or a related field.
• Strong employment network of contacts with other professionals, organizations and employers.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable ability to convey the conceptual and applied aspects of knowledge to a broad range of students.

Demonstrated ability to execute a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering market leading solutions to market and helping to develop new products with commercial success
Strong technical proficiency and comfort in discussing technology concepts.
Working knowledge of common standards and protocols such as FIDO2, CAEP, SAML, OPA
Track record of working cross functionally with engineering, analytics, and design teams, with solid examples of prioritizing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, plans and business cases

Responsibilities
Solution Requirements gathering and documentation
· Solution architecture/design development and documentation
· Implementation plan development and documentation
· Complete SD-Access migration assessment planning and develop migration plans including method of procedure (MOP) documentation
· Develop SD-Access solution proof of concept test plan, perform test execution and update test plan with results
· Solution implementation. Installing and configuring the Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) server and SD-Access fabric with Catalyst 9000 series switches.
· Assisting with integrating the Cisco DNA server with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Secure Network Analytics (Stealthwatch) servers.
· Solution migration support. Support the clients operations teams with the migration from their legacy campus network infrastructure to the new SD-Access fabric according to the site migration plans, including tasks to migrate end systems, networks and users to the production state.
· Support the clients operations teams with day-to-day operations of the Cisco DNA server and SD-Access fabric.
· Conduct Knowledge Transfer workshops to the clients engineering/operations teams on Cisco SD-Access configuration, troubleshooting and operations. Develop operations procedures documentation as required.
· Integrate DNA server dashboard reporting with the client’s other enterprise solutions (ServiceNow, SIEM)
· Participate in regular project status review meetings with the Cisco and customer teams
· Provide regular status reports for ongoing activities to the Cisco project manager including proactive communications of risks and dependencies as required.
