"He said absolutely. " I put together a plan and sold their home for them within 2 weeks. They simply became tenants and are paying approximately what they were paying when they owned it but without the maintenance, taxes and other expenses.. The home sold for 545K. After paying off their mortgage ended up with $445K in their bank account. They had outstanding debts such as Credit card debt of about $60K. They paid it off and were debt free. I then showed them how to invest and use the interest to reduce their rent.
