Second, the ability to invest a minimum of $150,000 and qualify for a mortgage. As an equity partner, you will not be involved in the day-to-day activities pertaining to the identification of lucrative opportunities, financial, building and tenant management but you will contribute the funds needed to purchase, repair, maintain, and ensure the property can be rented.Note, I am 100% bilingual and will be happy to chat in English or French.
