A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The deposit will then be applied towards your rental. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash. A rental agreement will be sent through docusign.

Small two bedroom cottage located in Turkey Point
$1450/week Friday to Friday.
Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has a bunk bed twin on top and double on the bottom. Sofa bed in the living room.
Large yard with a fire pit, for those great holiday camp fires, picnic table, deck with patio dining set and gazebo to sit under.
Steps away from sandy beach, Store, LCBO, Ice Cream, Fast Food booth.

The Timbre Frame House sits on a south facing property is on a forested rise with unobstructed views over the Kootenay River and the snow-capped peaked mountains. It is surrounded by trees and wildlife.
