Job Description:Job Description Job Title – Tracer Specialist Department – Operations Reports to – District Manager Job Summary The Tracer Specialist is primarily responsible to work directly with Operations team to ensure proper placement of tracer material. This position will be required to train and uphold ongoing development of the Tracer line. Key Areas of ResponsibilityCollaborate with Operations & Sales teams to verify job is scheduled according to plan and report issuesEnsure pre-job planning with correct type and volumes of chemicals for job are accurate Provides customers with technical product support relating specifically to tracer servicesAccurately completes all required reports & forwards to appropriate personnel for execution Responsible for complying with daily procedures when performing operations involving equipmentResponsible for all assigned material and equipmentMaintain all service equipment and rental toolsDeliver products to customers as neededConduct in-house training for field, employees, contractors and NCS representativesOrganize and complete evaluations on specified field representativesHelp to promote safe work practices and higher standards of performanceSupport and uphold HS&E policies and procedures of NCS and the customer Align individual goals with NCS’s corporate goals, while adhering to and promoting the NCS PromiseParticipate in Personal Development for Success (PDS)Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 2 years of direct industry related experienceIndustry related experience, preferably in coiled tubing, fracturing or downhole tool operationsValid Driver’s licenseProficient with Microsoft Office SuitesWork with other teams, and exhibit effective communicationHigh level of efficiency & work ethic, specific attention to detailsAbility to handle stressful situationsAbility to move or lift 25lbs – 50lbsAbility to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces Additional InformationStatus: Overtime ExemptEmployment Classification: Full-time, RegularWork Schedule: 15 days on, 6 days off, 12-hour shiftsSpecial Equipment: Cell Phone & LaptopTravel: Domestic travel to various field locations required and international travel may be requiredEligibility: Field Compensation RatesCriminal background check required for all positionsSafety sensitive positions will require additional pre-employment testing Core CompetenciesTeamwork/Collaboration – Able to work cooperatively with other individualsService Focus – Builds & maintains customer satisfaction and provides excellent service to internal & external customersDecision Making – Able to make decisions and solve problems of varied levels of complexity using logical, systematic, and sequential approachEthics & Integrity – Trustworthiness and ethical behavior with consideration for impact & consequence when making decisions/taking actionProblem Solving – Ability to approach a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approachContinuous Improvement – Ongoing improvement of products, services, or processes through incremental & breakthrough improvementsAccountability – Obligation or willingness to be answerable for an outcome Job ID: 9333705
