We have a fully furnished two-bedroom townhouse available for rent Cathedral City, California. Located in the gated community at Cathedral Canyon Country Club with beautifully manicured grounds, this townhouse overlooks the fifth fairway and offers beautiful golf course and mountain views.
This home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking in the attached private garage. The east facing deck is bathed in sunshine the moment the sun rises! A large private patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a natural gas barbecue, and a patio heater provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
A community pool and hot tub are conveniently located approximately 75 steps from the front door.
The rental rate is $3,650 USD per month, cleaning fee 150.00 US fee. A $500 USD security deposit is required and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided the property is left in good condition. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to reserve the home.
