Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Assist in the unloading of insulation truck upon delivery of products at the worksite
• Inspect products and material for defects prior to installation
• Install insulation according to work order/scope of work
• Attention to detail and takes pride in your work
• Perform quality checks after products are installed
• Effectively communicate with Manager any issues that interfere with work schedule and/or completion of job.
• Perform job site clean-up
• Perform warehouse duties which include loading/unloading trucks and warehouse clean-up as deemed necessary
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Assist in the assembly scaffolding as required

Position Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site as bus routes are not always available
• Must be organized, energetic, motivated and dependable
• Team player
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Experience with blowing in cellulose insulation and installing batt insulation considered an asset.
Willing to train.
