Lookinf for any kind of work starting asap

Looking to start any kind of job starting asap, i need to make a cerain amount to pay my bills. Im drowning and on the brink of lising everything. I come from healthcare background but im very versatile and open willing to work starting tuesday at 12+ hours everyday
