Mechanic wanted to fix old cars and live on site

I have a garage with ramp, lots of tools and a place to live. Close to lake and ocean. My property is mixed used. I am looking for someone who wants to be outside the city, can and likes to fix old cars. If you have no car, i have two to fix available. You should be interested to run your own business. Welding gear, cutting gear, torches, compressor, all wrenches, car dolly available. Living on site. Rent possible to barder. But all details have to be discussed in person.
