A proper power wash can bring back the natural wood look and save you hundreds (or more).
Lifts algae, mold, and years of buildup
Restores wood instead of covering it up
Makes surfaces safer to walk on
What makes us different:
40+ years of hands-on experience
Horticultural background — we protect your plants and soil

This is only meant for a ONE time event from landlords in an emergency situation, this add is not for REGULAR CLEANS, I have no room for clients on regular basis only one time big cleans on a weekend. Since it seems that landlords are having issues with people leaving mess/ items behind. My husband and I wanted to offer our services, we are looking at getting officially licensed/ business legal, but currently working for a company in Windsor NS doing housecleaning/ move in and move out cleans. We recently did a large house that was separated into two apartments (one upper and one lower) and we had to remove two full dumpsters of trash, spoilt food, furniture, items etc. after we completed that we were able to clean the house to the best of our ability and get it back to a semblance of a ‘square one’ for the company to complete the sale of the house as well as be able to complete their work if needed repairing walls etc with all the items cleared. My husband and I are volunteer firefighters here so we are not physically incapable, my husband is also a powerlifter so he can remove and lift heavy items like washers dryers etc. if you pay for the dumpster bin to be placed and removed once filled we can do the job for both of us for $50/hr combined. If you need references we have photos of before and after of that clean/ removal as well as references from our established well known company here. We supply our own cleaning products which are mostly eco friendly from brands like Method and attitude (aside from bathroom bleach Lysol, sos pads, window cleaner etc for the hard stains)
Thanks.
Message me here with your name, location, information on the MOVE OUT MESS clean up you are looking for. And I will provide you my contact information.

Does it make you a bit more comfortable to constant keep the shower curtain closed completely or the shower glass remains a bit cloudy so it’s a bit harder to see in the shower. That’s your personal space right? Well what if it could be spruced up to be a lot more presentable and in some cases healthier? I remove the old outdated and very often mouldy caulking. Once the old outdated caulking is removed, the area is disinfected, dried and only then will it receive a crisp, clean bead of premium fungicide infused caulking. The typical cost to do a tub/surround is 90. Things like shower doors or a window in the wash area that need attention are an extra charge. Also if it is a bath fitter type unit with what is known as an acrylic topper that is an extra charge as it is like doing another tub but on the ceiling.. lol. For showers.. since there are so many different sizes and designs, pics would have to be supplied for a price quote. Whether it’s for looks only or to remove the mould, the choice is yours. Bathtubs, surrounds, showers, shower doors, vanities, sinks, backsplashes and yes toilets too. Also baseboard , casing, and various trim caulking(paintable). “2024 mould no more”
