WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT:
Our JAM Club sessions are one of the best ways to network and build relationships in the music industry and also for those who just simply want to come out and play. Jamming with others is an essential skill that will undoubtedly foster creativity and strengthen improvisation in any musician’s journey, especially when jamming to different musical backgrounds and genres in a live performance setting. Because we offer a wide range of genres at our JAM Club, musicians can experiment with different styles and broaden their musical horizons. Jammers also benefit from the fact that our JAM Club sessions are private because it creates a comfortable, low-pressure environment to experiment and collaborate without worrying about performing for a live audience wanting to be entertained. Our acoustically treated music studio is fully backlined and ready for you to JAM so you can get to what really matters, the music. Through this collaborative process, musicians will not only refine their musicianship by improving their technical and listening skills, but they will also develop a deeper understanding of the language of music.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
First off, no JAM Session is ever the same. Capturing the essence of a JAM Session is hard to put into words. It’s organically spontaneous and unpredictable by nature. It’s the unique synergy felt from the musician’s perspective while jamming with each other in real time. It’s really truly awesome in so many ways. Typically a JAM Session involves everyone taking turns soloing (if you want to) and/or backing each other while playing a wide range of famous slow, medium and fast tempo progressions and also trying each other’s Top 3 JAM Songs. We provide an atmosphere where there’s an unspoken understanding that everyone is there to have a blast while letting their creativity flow freely. It’s an infectious, exhilarating and unforgettable experience that’ll leave you hooked. Ultimately, it's a great way to gain some invaluable insight into different playing techniques, song structures, and creative approaches from diverse musicians.

My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. Hello,
I am a resident physician (MD) passionate about helping you in the medical school admission process.
Over the past 3 years, I have helped 30+ students gain admission into Canadian and American medical schools. In the most recent May 2024 cycle, 19/22 of my students got into at least 1 medical school, with several scoring 3+ admissions in Ontario and out-of-province schools (UBC, UofC, UofA, UofS, Dalhousie).
So far, very early into the application cycle, 2 of the students I've worked with for interview prep have already been offered early admission to American MD school.
My stats: 524 MCAT (131 CARS), 4th quartile Casper (Ranked top quartile compared to all medical students in the country), 4 med school interviews in my first application cycle. Matched to a competitive residency specialty at UofT with 13 interviews across the country.

- Mock interviews: intense, high-fidelity (MMI, Panel, MPI). I will help you figure out how to tell your story and how to tackle ethical, policy, and curve ball questions.
- CASPer prep (This short situational test is weighed as heavily as the GPA that you spent 4 years protecting or the CARS score that you spent the whole summer working for. You can, and you should study for it. CASPer is very coachable and it is quite feasible to score well after a few strategic prep sessions. Students will receive instruction in arm bouquet for brides, flower for young attendants, bridesmaid’s bouquet, arrangements for church ceremonies and reception, corsages, boutonnieres, and body flowers, hair flower pieces, upright European bouquets and wedding presentation. Wedding order procedures, wiring and taping techniques.Students will focus on "Selling a Wedding", "Fashions and Trends", "Delivery", "Set-up" and "Services".
Students will study the Art of Japanese floral designs. They will also learn to design baby novelties, wine and cheese baskets, moss wreaths, grapevine and Styrofoam wreaths, crafts.
Sympathy tributes construction of funeral baskets, casket and standing sprays, non-traditional table pieces, vase arrangements, wreaths, hearts, crosses, and special request pieces including appropriate pricing, delivery and set up.
Students will focus on floral designing with Designing of a floral shop, the retail florists know the importance of a good display that will attract customers into the store and encourages them into buying on impulse.
They will learn the basic principal of visual merchandising and new ideas for displays as well as the Care & Handling of Fresh Flowers Processing, merchandising, fresh flower and plant identification, availability of floral products in the Canadian marketplace.
Students will see at the school large selection of fresh, silk, exotic and dried flowers. Edit: been jamming around but still looking.
The Isosceles Project is looking for a drummer and bass player. I live around Hamilton Ontario but I have wheels. I'm comfortable commuting around an hour or so to practice with the right people. Looking for people who are into a wide breadth of music from metal to prog rock to synthy stuff to psychedelia to post metal to doomy sludge to funky riffs and everything in between, but generally the music leans to the darker side of things, but there is sometimes light at the end of the tunnel.
Some of my fav bands are The Mars Volta, Elder, Earthless, Brutus, Isis, Thrice, Opeth, Tobacco, Spotlights, Drab Majesty, Emma Ruth Rundle, Captain Beyond, Oranzi Pazuzu, Surprise Chef, Soundgarden, Patrick Cowley, indian, Fever Dog, Black Water Holy Light, Colour Haze, Bummer, Deaf Heaven, Mild Life, New Ghengis Tron, Dvne, Rezn, Wobbler, Motor Psycho.
Even though I love a lot of bands that have vocals, this band is instrumental.
Looking for drummers and bass players who have fairly developed chops, preferably from a metal background and upbringing. This is a proggy band with long songs, weird meters, tempo changes, and lots of riffs. We lean into meaty riffs a lot more than solos. I'm not a virtuso guitar player by any means, but I take pride in big riffs and playing with a lot of dynamic. I don't care if you play bass with your fingers or a pick.
Looking for people who are reliable, experienced, chill, and people who are into jamming weeklyish give or take, atleast until we have a set locked in. You should probably have Pro-ish gear. I'm a relaxed person. I don't mind if it's a slow burn as long as its a consistent one. Looking to make friends and for this to be fun.
I don't want this band to take over anyone's life, but I would like to share it with people who want it to be part of theirs.
There will be a bit of older material but mostly new material for the live set to start, but the ultimate goal would be to find people who are interested in collaborating and writing together. While I have a new record mostly done that I’ve been sitting on, I’d rather only tackle a few of those so it’ll be faster to move onto new stuff together.
