My 4 1/2 is available for sublet for June and July! (I've decided to stay longer in Indonesia). :)
Beautiful, spacious 4 1/2 with nice energy, central yet calm area surrounded by greenery. I'm looking for a respectful guest or two who can water my plants and take care of the space. I prefer no pets.

kitchen/living room/dining room is one large renovated open space with high ceilings, polished wood floors, white walls, and many plants. Large living room area with two-seated couch, large chair, 4-chair dining table by a window, great sound system.
The kitchen has a large island with fancy lights, filtered water, modern fridge, dishwasher.
Bathroom has a shower, washer, and dryer, toilet, heater.
Bedroom has a king-sized bed with wooden bed frame, dresser, large mirror, large closet, etc.
Office has a large window and L-shaped desks by the window.
There are 2 balconies with chairs and tables in the front and back
The place features a lot of beautiful lighting options.
The walls have paintings, plants, macramé art, and other wall hangings.
4 windows in the home overlooking trees and a small park.
Apartment is 2nd floor of a triplex in the east plateau. Stair access in back and front.
Charming Location:
Located in the east end of the Plateau on the residential part of Laurier with trees. It's closer to Park Laurier and Park LaFontaine and a short bike ride from Parc Maisonneuve. There's a smaller park with a skating rink a block away.
Very short walk to nearby small
grocery stores / fruiteries, restos, clothing shops, etc. A five-minute walk will take you to the very charming part of Laurier Street with many small shops.
Sublet Agreement:
I'm leaving to travel. The place could be available between June and July.
Asking $1650 plus hydro and wifi (optional), plus security deposit.
