Beautiful, spacious 4 1/2 with nice energy, central yet calm area surrounded by greenery. I'm looking for a respectful guest or two who can water my plants and take care of the space. I prefer no pets.
Description:
kitchen/living room/dining room is one large renovated open space with high ceilings, polished wood floors, white walls, and many plants. Large living room area with two-seated couch, large chair, 4-chair dining table by a window, great sound system.
The kitchen has a large island with fancy lights, filtered water, modern fridge, dishwasher.
Bathroom has a shower, washer, and dryer, toilet, heater.
Bedroom has a king-sized bed with wooden bed frame, dresser, large mirror, large closet, etc.
Office has a large window and L-shaped desks by the window.
There are 2 balconies with chairs and tables in the front and back
The place features a lot of beautiful lighting options.
The walls have paintings, plants, macramé art, and other wall hangings.
4 windows in the home overlooking trees and a small park.
Apartment is 2nd floor of a triplex in the east plateau. Stair access in back and front.
Charming Location:
Located in the east end of the Plateau on the residential part of Laurier with trees. It's closer to Park Laurier and Park LaFontaine and a short bike ride from Parc Maisonneuve. There's a smaller park with a skating rink a block away.
Very short walk to nearby small
grocery stores / fruiteries, restos, clothing shops, etc. A five-minute walk will take you to the very charming part of Laurier Street with many small shops.
Sublet Agreement:
I'm leaving to travel. The place could be available between June and July.
Asking $1650 plus hydro and wifi (optional), plus security deposit.

Nous louons notre chalet pour l'été 2026. Ici, pas de gestionnaire de compte ou de frais de service automatisés. On privilégie le contact direct et les familles qui cherchent un vrai pied-à-terre pour s’installer et déconnecter. En louant au mois ou à la saison, on évite ensemble les commissions des plateformes, ce qui nous permet de vous offrir un tarif plus juste.
L’endroit
C’est un petit chalet confortable avec 4 vraies chambres. L’intérieur est tout équipé, simple et invitant.
À l’extérieur, on vit au rythme de la nature :
Un sentier privé descend jusqu’à la rivière. C’est l’endroit préféré des enfants pour jouer dans l’eau fraîche et lancer des roches!
Une grande terrasse couverte pour manger dehors même quand il pleut.
Le spa finlandais et le foyer extérieur pour les fins de journées tranquilles.
La vie dans le coin :
On est à Mansonville, entourés par les montagnes (Owl’s Head, Sutton, Jay Peak). Que vous soyez du genre rando matinale, sortie de vélo ou descente de la rivière Missisquoi en canot, tout est à côté. Pour les journées plus calmes, il y a les vignobles, les terrains de golf et les petits marchés locaux.
Pourquoi louer ici ?
Pour le temps : Louer pour un mois ou plus, c'est enfin avoir le temps de lire un livre en entier, de voir les enfants s'amuser dehors et de vraiment décrocher.
Pour la simplicité : On se parle, on s'entend sur les détails, et vous vous installez comme chez vous.
Capacité : Jusqu'à 10 personnes (idéal pour inviter les grands-parents ou les amis le temps d'un week-end).
