1 Bedroom Cottage in Grand Bend Ontario. This cottage is a 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed as well as a loft with a double bed and a single bed. The cottage sleeps 5.

Sunshine Shack is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and an easy 3 minute walk to the main street. This cottage is located in the perfect spot in the village of Grand Bend. Spend the day at the beach and easily walk back to the cottage for snacks, drinks and to use the washroom.
The cottage has a nice outdoor sitting area with a picnic table, shade, fire pit and a barbeque.
Full bathroom and full kitchen including fridge, stove microwave and toaster.
Free reliable WIFI.
Outdoor Fire Pit.
The cottage includes 2 designated parking spots.
The cottage is freshly painted and cleaned thoroughly each week.
The cottage has 3 new mattresses and a new captains bed in the master bedroom. The loft beds are ideal for children or teenagers as they have to be accessed by a ladder.
Sunshine Shack sleeps 5. (1 queen plus 1 double and 1 single in loft)
We purchased these cottages in the fall of 2020. We have completed a lot of work to the cottages and can assure renters that the cottage is well maintained and clean.
New 32” Smart TV with cable and over 100 HD channels. Access to Netflix and Youtube.
Sunshine Shack rents for $1,000 per week. Changeover days are Fridays.
Check-in is Fridays at 3:00 pm. Check-out is Fridays at 11:00 am.
