You’ll be responsible for optimizing your patients’ oral health through the use of ultrasonic and hand instruments, taking digital dental x-rays, educating patients about oral hygiene and prevention of disease, as well as completing all documentation and helping to design and manage your patient schedule.
You’ll need to be gentle, compassionate, calm, and good with children. You’ll be eager to grow both personally and professionally, and a Maternity Leave Coverage position may be the perfect opportunity to find out if the Kamloops area is the right place for you. Located less than 4 hours away from the Lower Mainland, Kamloops is quickly becoming British Columbia’s go-to destination for art, culture, craft beer, and much more.
PT hygienists have the option to work 1 or 2 days per week (18-20 hours) with a team of experienced, fun, and supportive dental professionals. New graduates are most welcome to apply! As you’ll be stepping into a well-established patient-base and a steady schedule.
