As the on-site representative for Scuka Construction, you will oversee all field operations from mobilization to a seamless, deficiency-free project turnover.
This full-time role typically requires 45-50 hours per week, with early starts to optimize site preparedness and ensure a secure, well-organized job site. • Actively monitor and reinforce safe work practices among employees and subcontractors, ensuring a safe, and compliant jobsite.Documentation and Communication:
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead daily Toolbox Meetings with crews to promote safety, coordination, and productivity on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and inspections using Procore to ensure accurate project tracking.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project team to address challenges and updates proactively.
• Adhere to and enforce Scuka’s Policy and Procedures Manual to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain up to date as-built drawings throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all modifications, deviations, and field changes are accurately documented and submitted promptly for recordkeeping and final turnover.Qualifications:
• Expertise in current building codes with strong ability to interpret construction documents, including scopes of work, specifications, blueprints, and contracts.
• Strong Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) focus, ensuring all work meets or exceeds project specifications and workmanship standards.
• Proficient in Office 365, Procore, and Bluebeam, with the ability to manage documentation and workflows efficiently.
• Proven experience applying LEAN Construction principles to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance workflow optimization.

• Experience executing RFIs, purchase orders, and other essential project documentation.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

This is a Sole Charge position requiring the Occupational Therapist to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. And works collaboratively with the home health team to determine a treatment care plan. The other 50 percent of time is seeing long-term care residents and short-stay clients. In both areas of practice the Occupational Therapist provides work direction to the rehabilitation assistants working with the teams in regards to transfer of function. Local travel is required in this role within the surrounding area. Access to personal vehicle will be required; a valid Driver’s License is necessary.

This is permanent, part time (0.90 FTE) position working rotating Days and Evenings with shift times of 07:00 to 15:30, 07:15 to 15:45, 09:30 to 18:00, 10:00 to 18:30, 14:45 to 23:15; on call is associated with this position.
Our team will provide you with an extensive orientation to each of the surgical services, including general hospital orientation. Support to the unit is provided by the Manager, Patient Care Coordinator, Perioperative Clinical Educator, Nursing Unit Clerks, Perioperative Aides, Anesthesia Assistants, and Material Management Coordinator/Clerk. Regular In-Services are offered. Library Services to support patient care, education and research are available.

Royal Inland Hospital’s Operating Room Department has 9 theatres offering services that include: General (MIS bowels, hernias, spleen, whipples), Trauma, Ortho Trauma, Obs/Gyne (LAVH), Urology (MIS Nephrectomy, Cystectomy, PCNL’s), Ortho (total joints, sports medicine), ENT, Neuro (Craniotomies, Spinal surgery), Vascular (AAA stents, Bypass grafts, pacemakers, wound management ), Major Plastics, Dental, and Laser cases (Holmium, CO2, YAG). As a member of the RIH Operating Room team, you will have circulating and scrubbing duties while coordinating and overseeing the overall care of the patient.

The Stress, Interpersonal Relationships and Health Lab (SIRH) is looking for couples in which at least one partner is trying to change their diet and/or physical activity habits. The main goal of this study is to investigate how different types of couples’ behaviors influence change in eating and physical activity behaviors over time.
Participation in our study involves completing questionnaires and participate in a discussion task.
