Experienced Automotive Technician Wanted

*Job Summary*
Integra Tire Auto Centre, Chase, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, conscientious and dedicated technician to join our team as an Automotive Service Technician. You will be joining an experienced journeyman technician as well as two apprentice technicians, in a modern 5 bay repair facility. We also have 3 service advisors on staff.
This position is ideal for the tech that wants to work and live in an area that offers warm summers by the lake and mild winters near the mountains. *Requirements*
- Knowledge of current automobile technology.
- Valid mechanic's licence for BC and driver's licence.
- A strong aptitude for diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work effectively with computerized systems.
- Effective communication skills, ability to listen carefully and to give precise instructions.
- Ability to resolve problems, make decisions, work in a team environment to achieve common goals and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required
*Qualifications*
- Registered Journeyman Automotive Service Technician.
- Automotive Red Seal certification (preferred)
- CVSE inspectors licence (preferred)
Responsibilities
Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
