Family-owned 78-unit apartment building in a great Kamloops neighbourhood seeks a reliable live-in manager (could be couple). Duties include cleaning, minor repairs, light renovations, and helping keep the building running smoothly. Must be good with people, organized, self-motivated, and handy with cleaning and repair work. Revenue upside and possible extra income through suite renovations. Reply with experience and references.
