What is Life Coaching. It is a therapy that will help people to navigate through some issues in their lives. Many people go through life with feeling overwhelmed. It can be in their work life or their personal life.
A life coach will help the client go over their issues by doing some research for them supplying them with options so that the client can do their assessments. So if a client does not have enough time to do personal things. the life coach can give them options so that the client can learn to do the research so that the client will not feel so stressed out. It is the same for too much personal and not enough work.
Usually what a life coach will do is set up either a texting interview, a phone interview or even online such as what's App, zoom or even Facetime. If applicable and a go. the Life coach can have them fill out a form and then set up an appointment for either half hour sessions or one hour sessions. A life coach will also give their client homework to do for the next time they have a session.
I offer half hour sessions for $67.80 and one hour sessions for $113.00
