I'm disgustingly fat and need help losing weight.
The problem is I have agoraphobia and struggle to leave the house.....so joining a gym is tough for me.
I have no clue where to start, after almost a decade of being agoraphobic I find comfort in food (firmer alcoholic/smoker).
My body aches from the extra weight, I hate myself I feel like in a prison of my own body. I breath heavy just from sitting cause of all the fat in my neck and rhe extra chins I have now.
I need help, at least someone who could go to the gym with me as my safe person (someone I can trust who will be supportive if I have a panic attack or a moment of dysphoria.
I'm 5'3 220lbs
Ideally I'd like to see 150 but I'll be happy to be hbder 170.
My bday is August and I would be so happy to see myself ring in 43 not feeling like a disgusting whale.

For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. 30yr old male bassist looking to put together a British covers/tribute band.
The aim is to evolve a set list & band that plays British rock/pop. My own personal influences are 60s mod & 90s Britpop, but it would be nice to play a wide variety on the British theme, so I’m open to all suggestions (literally)!
Looking to have a laugh as a Brit who’s recently moved here with previous weddings band experience in England. Practise a bit, commit to a democratically chosen set list, then proceed to play a couple of pubs to see how it goes down live.
Really not looking for egos, rulers, or those looking to break the world with originality. Simply a pub covers band, whose members have a laugh whilst playing a few British tunes.
I believe there to be a niche market for this category of band if the wheels were ever to start rolling… I am confident pub gigs would not be hard to come by for a cohesive outfit.
Song choice should not pose a problem given the cannon to choose from, and the openness of members.
