Hello, we are looking for 1 full time manager/supervisor that is able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week on an orchard with apples and peaches in Keremeos BC. The start date of the job is October 1, 2026. You may only be considered for the job if you are a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, or have a valid Canadian work permit. Main duties:
- Overseeing employee performance
- Managing employee workload
- Training new hires
- Evaluating employee performance issues or concerns
- Assisting in day-to-day orchard work as needed (tree planting, winter and summer pruning, raking, thinning, irrigation maintenance, harvesting soft fruit and apples, operating farm machinery)
Supervision:
- Up to 20 people
