Family ranch in Keremeos, BC with currently 3 employees and in search of another employee to assist with feeding, cropping, moving cattle, and general ranch labor.
•Position is full time year round. Typically 5 days per week 8:00-5:00.

Here at Pro Works Painting Okanagan we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Painting Team as a General Painter". Experience in Painting is not required to apply for this job position, but is a great bonus.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing painting services for our Residential and Commercial Client base. This includes, but is not limited to:- Following the Pro Works Painting Systems (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
- Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
- Performing various painting related tasks such as brush/rolling, spraying/masking, and prepping.
- Using and maintaining our top of line equipment
- Driving to and from job sites (including occasional store visits)
- Keeping a safe work environment

- Masking/Spraying
A General Painter can expect:- To start at a General Painter wage of $20 dollars per hour and profit sharing from day one
- (profit sharing ranges based on performance, our top painters make over 35$ per hour)

I have some good mover helpers but one guy moved away. A freed up space is open to one more valuable mover helper with a zero poor attitude and who is a hard worker and who will not say they are sick and cannot show. I have not missed in 14 yrs except a couple of times when I was super hurt/back went out from work.

Had another say they cannot make after saying yes and NOT into that as it makes me scramble and more work to do to find a replacement last min. Also hard to say to a customer too that I am shorthanded on helpers when he/she booked say 3 in advance.
