Description
Spacious yet cozy with a beachy/rustic vibe, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have views of the lake, one king, one queen, a double and a single bed plus a single mattress for extra sleeping.
You'll be staying in our very spacious walkout secondary unit that is in the lower level of our 2 200 sq ft bungalow.

Private & quiet area, on a dead-end street with only a few homes. Escape to the Lake Living has a big cedar strip boat standing at the beginning of the driveway. There is plenty of parking & room for you to bring your boats, jet skis, ATVs, snowmobiles as we do not provide these.
Year-round fun, located on Lake Nepewassi in Estaire Ontario, close to Sudbury, where there is something for everyone!
You'll have access to the huge dock/deck down at the lake as well as the shoreline to the left and right of it (approx. 150ft total).
Although my spouse and I live on the main floor, we are very quiet and seldom have visitors. We'll respect your privacy while you're enjoying the outdoors and will only interact with you should you invite us to socialize with you.
We'll also be able to cater to your needs quickly should you need assistance or have questions.

Included In Your Stay:
Propane for the bbq and a generous amount of firewood is provided for our guests free of charge.
1 canoe, 3 kayaks and 1 stand up paddle board (up to 130lbs) available with paddles and life jackets available (suggested to bring your own). We will ask you to sign a liability waiver before using the water toys.

Playpen, booster seat and exersaucer for the little ones available upon request.
Cell signal is available but strength varies depending on your provider and position on the property.
Wifi is provided by Starlink and is very reliable.

Please note that the last gas station is in Key River when coming from the Parry Sound/Barrie/Toronto areas. You then have to keep driving into Sudbury if you forget to gas up there. Sudbury is another 25 minutes away from where you will be staying.
When coming in from hwy 17 (Sturgeon Fall, North Bay, Ottawa), your last gas station is in Wahnapitae.
If arriving from the Espanola/Elliot Lake/Sault-Ste-Marie areas, please gas up in Sudbury before heading our way.
Welcome to Northern Ontario, while at the property you may be exposed to various wildlife/insects, we, unfortunately, cannot control mother nature. Please don't leave the doors open as you can not only let in insects but potentially mice and our friendly chipmunks! We cannot be responsible for wildlife during your stay.
You may see swans, beavers, minks, otters, geese, ducks, foxes, mosquitos, black flies, bats, raccoons and potentially even a bear (although we have not seen one on the property) be sure to keep all food and garbage inside and picked up as it will attract animals.
