Profitez de cette maison décontractée, calme et confortable, avec de magnifiques fleurs, très privé (pas de voisin en arrière et de chaque côté) et une vue panoramique du lac au cœur de la Vallée de la Gatineau.
C’est un endroit pour lire, cuisiner, faire de la randonnée pédestre avec votre chien, faire du vélo ou pratiquer un sport aquatique. Les pistes cyclables sont reconnues et font partie de la Route verte. Vous pourrez aussi rencontrer les locaux en allant déjeuner au Centre communautaire.

Are you looking for a quiet place, away from the city but not too much, where you can live a peaceful time in the countryside. Enjoy this relaxed, quiet and confortable home with beautiful flowers, very private (no neighbors in the back and on each side of the house and a panoramic lake view in the heart of the Gatineau Valley.
It is a place to read, cook, go hiking with your dog, bike rides, or go for a gentle strol with your dog, swimming (the water is great), kayaking, canoeing or any other water sport. The bike paths are well known and part of the Green Route. You can also meet the locals by having breakfast at the Community Centre

We do not provide any water sport equipment, bicycle, you must bring your own.

Private & quiet area, on a dead-end street with only a few homes. Escape to the Lake Living has a big cedar strip boat standing at the beginning of the driveway. There is plenty of parking & room for you to bring your boats, jet skis, ATVs, snowmobiles as we do not provide these.
Year-round fun, located on Lake Nepewassi in Estaire Ontario, close to Sudbury, where there is something for everyone!
You'll have access to the huge dock/deck down at the lake as well as the shoreline to the left and right of it (approx. 150ft total).
Although my spouse and I live on the main floor, we are very quiet and seldom have visitors. We'll respect your privacy while you're enjoying the outdoors and will only interact with you should you invite us to socialize with you.
We'll also be able to cater to your needs quickly should you need assistance or have questions.

When coming in from hwy 17 (Sturgeon Fall, North Bay, Ottawa), your last gas station is in Wahnapitae.
If arriving from the Espanola/Elliot Lake/Sault-Ste-Marie areas, please gas up in Sudbury before heading our way.
Welcome to Northern Ontario, while at the property you may be exposed to various wildlife/insects, we, unfortunately, cannot control mother nature. Please don't leave the doors open as you can not only let in insects but potentially mice and our friendly chipmunks! We cannot be responsible for wildlife during your stay.
You may see swans, beavers, minks, otters, geese, ducks, foxes, mosquitos, black flies, bats, raccoons and potentially even a bear (although we have not seen one on the property) be sure to keep all food and garbage inside and picked up as it will attract animals.

I am a student, putting my apartment room on rent for the summer. It is a lovely room, with your own bathroom. It includes a kitchen and lounge. Amazing amenities such as, 24 hour gym, gaming room, theatre room, and even 24 hour grocery store in the building. It also includes 24 hour security. It is an amazing location, not too far away from the mall, downtown, and even campus. Willing to negotiate price a little.
