Etes-vous à la recherche d’un endroit tranquille, loin de la ville mais pas trop ou vous pourrez vivre au rythme paisible de la campagne. Profitez de cette maison décontractée, calme et confortable, avec de magnifiques fleurs, très privé (pas de voisin en arrière et de chaque côté) et une vue panoramique du lac au cœur de la Vallée de la Gatineau.

C’est un endroit pour lire, cuisiner, faire de la randonnée pédestre avec votre chien, faire du vélo ou pratiquer un sport aquatique. Les pistes cyclables sont reconnues et font partie de la Route verte. Vous pourrez aussi rencontrer les locaux en allant déjeuner au Centre communautaire.

À propos de la maison:
- [ ] Deux personnes pas plus (si vous avez des enfants d’âge à dormir dans une tente il y a amplement d’espace pour vos enfants et la tente.)
- [ ] Située à la campagne, très privé, avec une vue panoramique du lac et sa montagne.
- [ ] Il y a une abondance de fleurs vivaces
- [ ] Accès au lac? Très simple, il est situé en face de la maison sur l’autre côté du chemin. L’eau est très belle.
- [ ] Epicerie: Metro à Gracefield (13 kms), Metro et Maxi à Maniwaki (35 kms).
- [ ] Hôpital: Maniwaki (35 kms) et Wakefield (64 kms).
- [ ] Pharmacie: Proxim et Familiprix à Gracefield (13 kms) et Maniwaki Familiprix et Jean Coutu (35 kms).

NOTE IMPORTANTE: nous offrons une location saisonnière-temporaire et non une location long-terme.

50% payable sur réception de votre réservation et 50% est payable la journée précédent votre arrivée.

- [ ] bain auto-portant et douche
- [ ] laveuse, sécheuse (le savon est inclu) et pas d’eau chaude dans la laveuse
- [ ] literie et serviette
- [ ] nouveau matelas double acheté en 2026
- [ ] cafetière
- [ ] ventilateur dans toutes les pièces
- [ ] un STICK d’Amazon pour choisir des chaînes de télévision.
- [ ] télé dans le salon et la chambre à coucher
- [ ] cuisine très bien équipée (vous devriez trouver tout se dont vous aurez besoin). Si vous avez un besoin particulier nous vous suggérons qu’il fasse partie de vos bagages.
- [ ] meubles extérieurs
- [ ] salon avec télévision, foyer électrique et chaises très confortables.
- [ ] salle de bain avec bain auto-portant et douche.
- [ ] Chambre à coucher avec garde-de-robe, une commode suffisamment grande pour deux personnes et un lit double et une télévision
- [ ] Stationnement.

Quoi faire avant de quitter les lieux? Pour nous aider à ne pas charger 100$ de frais de nettoyage nous vous demandons :
- [ ] mettre tous vos sacs de déchets dans les bacs appropriés situés au bord du chemin.
- [ ] apportez votre nourriture avec vous.
- [ ] lavez votre vaisselles.

Nous demandons une copie de votre permis de conduire.

Un contrat de location saisonnière est signé par les invités et le propriétaire.

We have one week left available for rent . July 4 to July 10th 2026

Are you looking for a quiet place, away from the city but not too much, where you can live a peaceful time in the countryside. Enjoy this relaxed, quiet and confortable home with beautiful flowers, very private (no neighbors in the back and on each side of the house and a panoramic lake view in the heart of the Gatineau Valley.

It is a place to read, cook, go hiking with your dog, bike rides, or go for a gentle strol with your dog, swimming (the water is great), kayaking, canoeing or any other water sport. The bike paths are well known and part of the Green Route. You can also meet the locals by having breakfast at the Community Centre

PLEASE NOTE
We do not provide any water sport equipment, bicycle, you must bring your own.

- [ ] very well stocked kitchen (you should find everything you will need). If you have a special need we suggest that it be part of your personal luggage
- [ ] outdoor furniture
- [ ] easy access to the lake. Its in front of the house on the other side of the road.
- [ ] there are an abondance of perrenials
- [ ] stand-alone bath and shower.
- [ ] bedroom with wardrobe and dresser with ample space for two, a double bed purchased in 2026 and TV
- [ ] Bedding and towels..

Before leaving: To prevent us from charging $100 for cleaning we ask that the following be done:
1. Put your garbage bags in the appropriate bins by the road.
2. Bring your food with you.
3. Wash your dishes.

We ask for a copy of your drivers licence. A seasonal rental agreement is signed by both owner and guest.
