SOUS CHEF FOR CHILDREN'S SUMMER

We are hiring Sous Chef for our 2024 summer season.

Located in beautiful Central Frontenac 45 Minutes north of Kingston.

Contract length from Early May to October.

This job is remote and requires you to relocate for the duration of your contract.

The Sous Chef works alongside the Head Chef in food preparation and production. They assist with staff training and supervision. This is high volume cooking for our childrens summer camp. Experinece in banquet cooking and volume scrath cooking an asset. Our work space is team environment oriented. You must have positive communication, work well with others and be able work under pressure.

Excellent knife skills, supervisory skills and a good work ethic are required.

Room and Board provided.

Contract length: 20 weeks

Salary: $28.57 per hour, you are expected to work 6 days a week for 7 hours a day. Over time after 44 hours per week.
