Looking for a motivated self starter who likes the outdoors and enjoys a variety in their work.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy the challenge of learning new things, including but not limited to the following:– Lawn care tasks (that include weed eating, push mowing and cutting using ride-on mowing equipment),
– Tree trimming and clean-up.
– Light construction and work on local islands.
– Installing and removing boat lifts on local waterways including Charleston lake, St Lawrence river, The Rideau And Lake Ontario.
– Provide on-site service to a multitude of locations within the service area and many other general property maintenance related tasks.
Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience and/or willingness to to learn. Hours will vary from time to time depending on the job at hand so candidate must be flexible (within reason). Some heavy lifting is involved.
Full or Part-time positions available beginning early April. The busy season usually wraps up Nov/Dec, but there is an opportunity for some winter work for the right person.

We require an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Heavy Truck Service Manager to join our dynamic team.The potential candidate will work closely with our General Manager to contribute to the day to day operation of the dealership’s service department in compliance with established policies and procedures. This person will help plan, direct, lead and control all activities of the service department to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met.
The Service Manager will need to maintain the highest quality standard of professionalism in serving the customer, working with our service team, and identifying all their needs.
Responsibilities:
· Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities.
• Work with the General Manager to take appropriate action as necessary.
• Provide Administrative support to the department, ensuring work orders are closed in a timely manner
• Review operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work toward reaching short and long term operating and financial objectives
• Stay informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers that will assist in sales efforts
• Maintain records and reports on all phases of service activities
• Assist and coordinate efforts with outside parts and service sales personnel to achieve full market penetration
• Keep General Manager informed of all pertinent service activities
• Review Warranty Accounts Receivable and assist the Warranty Department in any way needed to expedite claim processing
• Coordinate and oversee that training programs are properly conducted and maintained
• Ensure safety and security of department staff, and assist with maintaining the appearance of the building and vehicle maintenance
• Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
· Should possess a high school diploma
· A college degree or a certificate/degree from a trade school and a 310T license is preferred, but not required
· Minimum 5 years Service Management experience; heavy truck experience is a MUST
· Must have strong customer service skills
· Must have general computer knowledge

The Sous Chef works alongside the Head Chef in food preparation and production. They assist with staff training and supervision. This is high volume cooking for our childrens summer camp. Excellent knife skills, supervisory skills and a good work ethic are required.
