Maintenance/Property care technician needed - 2-3 days/week
Description
We are looking for an individual or firm to complete all property maintenance requirements for
six properties located in Kingston central and on Howe Island, Gananoque
ON.
Properties include a combination of private home, rental properties, cottages and forest/farm property with extensive trails and forest.
Responsibilities would include grass cutting, hedge trimming, gardening, weeding, watering,
yard clean up, basic tree maintenance (chain sawing) and snow shoveling and removal.
Candidate would oversee the maintenance of the lawn machinery and other equipment.
The candidate would liaise with the property owners to report on issues and provide updates
regarding ongoing projects.
Approximately 2-3 days/week. Flexible schedule. Guaranteed hours and salary.
