Cette élégante villa, à l’architecture typiquement créole, entièrement ouverte sur de vastes terrasses couvertes, vous offrira un cadre confortable et authentique où savourer pleinement la douceur de vivre martiniquaise.
Les volumes très importants de cette villa la rendront suffisamment spacieuse pour vous accueillir, en famille ou entre amis, en préservant l’intimité de chacun. Malinina saura vous charmer par sa décoration soignée, son très beau mobilier en bois exotique et ses équipements modernes!
Alors imaginez… partager des moments de détente dans la belle piscine à débordement, rêver en contemplant la mer confortablement installé sur le large lit en bois d’une des terrasses ou bien encore, en fin de journée, admirer les inoubliables couchers de soleil caribéens en savourant un verre…autant de bons moments qui sont, à coup sûr, la promesse d’un séjour inoubliable !
La villa, de 400m² -145m² de terrasses couvertes- peut accueillir 12 personnes. Elle possède 6 chambres climatisées, réparties sur ses 3 différents niveaux. Cinq de ces chambres sont meublées d’un lit queen size à baldaquins ; la dernière de deux lits 90 à baldaquins.
Au rez-de-chaussée, dans le très grand hall d’entrée, tel un petit studio indépendant, se trouvent les deux premières chambres, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec wc.
Au premier étage, et rez-de-jardin avec accès piscine, une cuisine entièrement équipée, moderne et fonctionnelle, un salon et plusieurs espaces de détente et de repas s’ouvrent sur une immense terrasse bénéficiant d’une splendide vue. L’ensemble forme une vaste pièce de vie de 200m² ! Toujours à cet étage, et bénéficiant de cette même splendide vue, se trouvent de part et d’autre de l’espace de vie, deux belles chambres avec chacune une salle d’eau privative avec wc, ainsi qu’une buanderie, un cellier et de nombreux rangements.
Le dernier étage dispose, quant à lui, d’une spacieuse suite parentale de 38 m² composée d’une chambre, d’un salon avec canapé convertible, d’une grande salle d’eau, de wc séparés et d’une terrasse de 28m² depuis laquelle vous pourrez admirer une très belle vue sur la mer, le village et les mornes. La sixième chambre, sur ce même étage, côté jardin, est équipée de deux lits simples à baldaquins, d’une salle d’eau attenante avec wc.
À l’extérieur, un jardin tropical, avec de belles essences (palmiers royaux, tiarés, ylang ylang, bougainvilliers, frangipanier, citronniers, oiseaux de paradis, manguier, fruit du dragon….), une piscine à débordement (couloir de nage 12m x 2,5m) et différentes terrasses aménagées vous permettront de profiter agréablement du soleil des Antilles !
L’accès aux deux emplacements de stationnement situés sous la villa est assez pentu (comme souvent en Martinique !) et nécessite de disposer d’un véhicule de type SUV ou, pour le moins, d’un véhicule qui ne soit pas rabaissé. Il y a également la possibilité de vous garer gratuitement dans la rue avec plusieurs places disponibles devant la villa.

Located in Playa Coronado - 80km west of Panama City, Panama. Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). There are McDonalds, Restaurants, grocery stores, hardware and department stores, local market places. Its not a "gates community of 2-3 buildings" - its a "gated AREA" of ~5km by ~5km. Condo building has year-round outdoor pools, gym, sauna, social areas with air-hockey, table tennis, billiard and other games. We offer free Wi-Fi and free private parking. 30 minutes walk to the ocean beaches. For additional charge we can provide 4 seater Gas golf to be used for local usage - beach, restaurants, shops.
The apartment is equipped to make your stay cozy and comfortable, We do our best to keep you safe and attentive to any need. The air-conditioned apartment provides place for up to 6 people and consists of:
* one large/main bedroom with king bed, large sofa and work desk (with monitor, keyboard and printer);
* second bedroom with queen bed with flat TV and Roku(smart tv);
* living room with sofa-bed, 6 person dining table, 55" flat-screen TV with cable channels and Amazon prime, table games;
* fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with build-in ice maker and chilled/filtered water dispenser, full stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, apple juice maker and all other kitchen/dish-wares;
* cloth washer and dryer (detergent provided/included) in dedicated room;
* Two separate/private bathrooms with showers;
* balcony with 2 arm chairs, coffee table, extra chairs and "sun" cloth dryer;
* jacuzzi right in the apartment;
* each room has its own air conditioner;
* 2 sets of beddings for each bed, dozen of shower towels, dozen of beach towels.Low season (May-Oct) $2000USD per month, $600US per week, ~$100USD/night
high season (Nov-Apr) $2500USD per month, $700US per week, ~$125USD/nightCanadians- During high season AirTransat and Sunwing provide flights to Rio Hato Playa Blanca (RIH) which is only 25 min drive from us. Return tickets are $600-$800CAD from Toronto. All year around - Tocumen International Airport (PTY). Its about 2 hours drive, because that Airport is on East side of the Panama City and we are on West side of the capitol.
Golf package is additional $1000USD per month - basically unlimited tee time (of course some restrictions apply). Golf course is one of the best in Central America. One day golf package for 2 person - $250USD
We are treating this condo as our second home and we expect the same from our guests - No smoking at condo and the building. No burning waxed and scented candles. Due to hot and humid conditions - remove garbage in tight bags daily. Beach/large towel needed to be washed and dried right after each use. We are not hotel - so daily cleaning is your responsibility - please use dishwasher and mop the floor as needed.
If something is broken or not working, please report as soon as possible. Its not about blame - its about providing better service for you. Do not fix it yourself.

Puglia, the "heel" at rhe southeast tip of Italy, with legendary red soil and many centenarian + olive trees.
My cousin's beauriful bed and breakfast for 1 to 20 with full banquet facilities.
I was there til Oct 5 this year. Some guests were enjoying the warm weather with the outdoor pool on premises.
"Trulli" style houses in this area (Martina Franca, Taranto, Puglia).
Her multiple buildings are from the 18 and 1700s in crisp prefect resptored condition.

Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. Sitting on the balcony, enjoy the view of the ocean, the locals bringing in their catch, spectacular sunsets and a beautiful infinity pool which appears to drop into the Pacific Ocean.
The condo comes complete with 3 air conditioners, all furniture as seen in the photos, a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer, dryer, high speed internet, flat screen smart TV.
Next to the infinity pool is a covered gazebo complete with a propane BBQ, tables, chairs and a sink with running water. Enjoy cooking with low cost shrimp & fish from the local fishermen and an abundant supply of vegetables from the markets. Relax around the pool and enjoy the sunshine and tropical vegetation.
The condo and grounds are non-smoking. Electrical plug-ins are 110 V, as in North America. Plumbing in our condo is to North American standards so toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet which is not the norm in Ecuador.
Condo unit comes with a garage so room for a car and storage.
We've successfully run Short-Term-Vacation rentals (through VRBO (#498103), AirBnB and privately) for all years of our ownership. If you are looking to offset home ownership costs, we have a good history, 5-star reviews and repeat vacationers.
There is tremendous value in being able to buy a turn-key rental property complete with a trustworthy property manager. You can continue to operate a rental business and/or use personally.
