The complex has a heated pool clubhouse with work out room, pool tables, racquetball court, tennis/pickleball and basketball. The unit has been recently redecorated and has a huge walk-in closet, small desk with printer, lots of cabinet space, reclining leather sofa plus separate reclining chair, 2 TV’s, high speed internet, washer dryer, Vitamix blender, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, plus all the cookware and dishes to cook up a tasty meal. There are BBQ grills by the pool plus we have an electric BBQ on the lanai. The complex is gated, safe and surrounded by million dollar homes. We are the closest unit to the pool but we do not face the pool so zero noise. This first floor unit is very convenient with parking just 15 feet from the door.
