In today's day and age, there are so many conflicting ideas and teachings and people have a lot of questions. We are a small but vibrant group of individuals striving to simply get back to basic New Testament Christianity. We meet Sundays at 11 am (as well as other times throughout the week). Please feel free to drop by or get in touch with us if you would like to study the bible (or just have a talk) over a cup of coffee. We are striving to make a positive difference in our city of Kingston.

I learned to play snooker MANY years ago when I was a young lad and enjoyed the game very much.
However...life....career....and family all got in the way and I drifted away from playing the game I enjoyed so much a very long time ago.
I guess way back then I got sorta "fair" at the game.....but it's been a VERY long time now since I've bent over a big full sized snooker table.
However.....as a result of watching the best in the world lately play on youtube..........it appears that the "bug" has bitten me again and I'd like to try to "reinvent" my game.....as best I can.
Just bought a brand new cue that I haven't even used yet.
Since I'm now retired and have lots of time on my hands, I'd like to find a playing partner who might like to get together maybe once or twice a week at Raxx for a couple hours to play some. Preferably maybe early afternoons......maybe just after lunch when table rental rates are half of the evening rental rates........but I could be flexible with timings.
Hoping there's someone out there who might be interested.

The Agence nationale des frequences (ANFR) has demanded that Apple withdraw iPhone 12 from France effective 12 Sept/23 as the specific absorption rate (SAR) exceeds the set limits. The SAR is the amount of wireless radiation absorbed by the human body on exposure to wireless devices. Apple has to deploy measures to get the SAR down before it can be sold in France!! The iPhone 12 is sold ALL OVER CANADA. You can get it at the Cat Mall in Kingston. Consumer beware!!! If you buy it (or any cell) please buy a shield from defender shield. It works for all cells.

The idea is to form a group who would like to see Matinee showings of the Oscar worthy movies .
Why a Matinee Club? To travel during the warmest, brightest part of the day if you are not working afternoons. or are retired. Myself, I am a member of the Screening Room which is close to the bus hub and is about $10 with the membership.
