Rock Band Seeking Skilled Guitarist with Lead Chops

Established rock band looking for a lead guitarist to join a working lineup. We are currently gigging and aiming to secure additional local and select out-of-town shows later this year.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid live performance experience
Strong working knowledge of the fretboard and comfort playing in different keys
Ability to learn, retain, and perform lead parts accurately
Comfortable with both arranged parts and improvising when needed
Comfortable playing melodic, hook-driven rock rooted in classic rock
Able to learn material by ear (not all parts are tabbed but chord charts are available)
Openness to occasional stylistic variety in arrangements (funk, groove-oriented, or other influences) is welcome
About the Band:
Weekly rehearsals, with additional sessions scheduled around upcoming shows
Mix of originals and covers with an eclectic but rock-driven repertoire — melodic, hook-driven rock with classic rock roots and occasional stylistic influences
Focused on tight, performance-ready arrangements and continuing to expand our gig schedule.

Age range roughly 25–35 (flexible depending on fit and experience)
