I’ve been playing with other musicians and bands for over 20 years and have performed live numerous times. I have professional gear and take my sound seriously.
I’m a fast learner and will put in the work to complement the band’s sound rather than overplay. Easygoing, reliable, and just looking to make good music with good people — with the goal of playing live occasionally.
Open to different genres (rock, classic rock, 90s, alternative, etc.).
If you’re looking for a solid, experienced guitarist, send me a message and let’s connect.

Natural red hair is rare, and so is the quiet confidence that comes with it. If you’re a natural redhead, I’d love to create some portraits that reflects who you are — not just how you look.
I’m a photographer in Kitchener‑Waterloo working on The 2% Project, a series celebrating the individuality and beauty of redheads. I’m looking for natural redheads of any age, gender, or background. Freckles are welcome, but not required. You don’t need modelling experience — just a willingness to be yourself.
My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and built around making you feel comfortable. Compensation varies depending on the individual and the needs of the project. Everyone receives free edited images, and in some cases there may also be additional payment.
If you’re interested, please send your name, age, contact info and a recent photo.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We are a country/bluegrass band from Waterloo Region looking to add Banjo and Dobro to our lineup. We currently consist of a mandolin player, upright bass, guitar/banjo (looking for this player to just do guitar), lead singer and 2 harmony vocalists.
We have been nominated for CMAO awards twice (2024 and 2025) and have played gigs including the CNE in Toronto, Horseshoe Tavern, Registry Theatre, The Hub, and more. Winner of "Best Musician/Band" in Waterloo Regions Best of Waterloo Region - 2023.
We rehearse 2-3 times per month (less if we are doing a long string of shows). We write and record original music and have been featured on Sirius XM channels including The Indigiverse and 171 Top of the Country.
We like to blend genres, primarily falling into Country/Bluegrass but also playing some classic rock/folk tunes. We believe music is meant to be explored!

I’m a guitar player based in Waterloo looking for a drummer to start an original band.
The goal is to write, record, and build something solid that can eventually play live. Not looking for a cover band or a casual jam.
The music leans heavily on groove, dynamics, and space. Drums are a central part of the sound, so feel and timing matter more than flashy playing.
I’m influenced by players like Jaki Liebezeit, Stephen Morris, and Justin Peroff.
Here's some of my music

Looking for hunting land in North Dumfries township. My kids and I hunt turkey and deer and have currently lost our spot for to aging land owners that just don’t prefer to continue allowing hunting on their land. We live on the south end of Cambridge and it is getting hard to find places to hunt now. We are respectful of the property and owners and certainly don’t want to be of any burden to anyone especially property owners. I own a small machine shop in Cambridge and can also trade some small services here and there for the right to hunt. Please reach out if this is something you might be interested in.
Thanks for looking.

Seeking individuals (male preferred, or a couple looking to save $$$) who are between the ages of 28-40 who are working professionals, with reasonable credit, to share a good size house. Prices are obviously high for 1-2 bedrooms. 4 bedroom 3baths are going for 2800$-3500$. Willing to do majority of rent. Ex. If rent is 2800$ I would only ask to contribute 1000$ plus half utilities. Looking to rent for May 1st. In the Kitchener/cambridge/waterloo area. We both have to put our names to the rental for at least a year lease. Contact for more info.

So with AI taking over a lot of jobs these days, what is a poor ex-medical transcriptionist to do? I realize there are thousands of us now without work, after decades of specializing in a skill that is basically obsolete now. Where are we to turn for work when transcribing remotely is pretty much the only thing we know how to do? On top of this, I personally am on disability and can't work outside of the home, so that limits my options greatly, I know.
What I'm looking for now is anyone who might have use of my skills if even just 2-3 hours a day or a few times a week, whatever. It doesn't have to be transcription, but can be basic data entry or other. I have always been very dependable and reliable working from home alone, without supervision. I'm self motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines, TAT etc. I believe my desired fees would also be competitive since I am willing to work for a minimum of 500 CAD a month. I'm obviously fully equipped with home office, computer and foot pedal for transcription work.
I'm hoping it isn't a lost cause at this point... it really sucks losing the only industry I ever specialized in, during mid-life when it's probably too late to try and train for anything else.
So there you have it, I was honest, truthful, poured my soul out and now will pray and see if anyone has any work for me, or at least any leads/suggestions. Thanks for reading this far, if you did.
