FULL TIME PARTS SALES ASSOCIATE NEEDED

**FULL-TIME PARTS SALES ASSOCIATE**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Full-Time Parts Sales Associate** to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong product knowledge of motorcycle, snowmobile, and ATV parts and accessories, along with excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
* Provide exceptional customer service while accurately identifying and fulfilling parts requests.
* Use inventory management software, OEM and aftermarket online parts catalogues, email, and ordering systems to process sales and maintain inventory.
* Receive, unpack, and organize incoming parts shipments.
* Merchandise and maintain showroom displays of parts and accessories.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control and stock maintenance.
* Process sales transactions using cash, debit, and credit payment methods.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of motorcycle, snowmobile, and ATV parts and accessories is required.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient computer skills, including inventory software, online parts catalogues, email, and ordering systems.
* Ability to lift and move boxed parts and perform other physical duties as required.
* Well-organized with the ability to multitask, work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
MONDAY to FRIDAY 9AM to 6PM, ALTERNATING SATURDAYS 9AM to NOON
HOURLY RATE $18.00 to $21.00/hr ' based on experience'
