My name is Travis and I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and martial arts enthusiast. I specialize in creating customized fitness plans that incorporate strength training and martial arts techniques.
Whether you're starting out or an experience athlete I will create a plan that helps achieve you're goals.
Training sessions will be comprised of;
-warm up
-stretching
-weight lifting (focusing on either strength, physique or weight loss)
-Muay thai, kickboxing techinque (to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility)
