You’re no different from anyone else. Most work crazy hours, occasionally fall off the wagon, drink most Friday and Saturday nights, lose motivation sometimes, and have the same life struggles as you, and some have young kids which makes them feel like they don't have time for themselves.
These are some of the life barriers that could hold us back from achieving that body confidence that we have always imagined. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to lose hope and give up because you’ve told yourself that it’s impossible. I am here to inform you that it’s possible.

My name is Armel, my passion and love for fitness started back in high school at the age of 15 years old. I was involved in multiple sports such as soccer, football, and track and field. I have When I stopped playing sports, is when I decided to take my fitness journey seriously. I have been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now. I have both a no-judgment and a no-nonsense approach. My belief is to guide, teach and encourage you through your journey while helping you stay clear of the lies and nonsense that plagues the fitness industry.
No false promises, no gimmicks, no fads, Just a real personal trainer helping you be the best and strongest version of yourself. I will teach you how to make this a sustainable long-term change that lets you keep the results you work hard for.
