Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and body waxing, while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Offer professional advice on nail care products and services to enhance the client experience.
Upsell additional services or retail products to clients as appropriate.
Stay updated on current trends and techniques in nail care and body waxing.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
Familiarity with body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards in all aspects of work.
