We are currently seeking a Telecommunication Tower Rigger to join our team. The areas we cover are St. Johns, Waterloo, Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph and the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing communication towers and associated equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: * Interpret and follow construction plans and diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment. * Assemble and install communication tower sections and associated equipment such as antennas, transmission lines and power sources. * Perform routine maintenance, repair, and upgrades to communication towers and related equipment. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations while working at heights and using heavy equipment. * Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals on time and to customers specifications. * Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Supervisors, and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met. * Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. * Adhere to all industry safety standards and protocols at all times. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Valid driver's license and driving record. * 2+ years of experience as a Tower Tech or a related field. * Ability to climb and work at heights while carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Safety conscious, a positive attitude and great work ethic. * High school diploma or equivalent. *Our commitment to successful candidates will be to provide all required training, as per industry standards, including but not limited to Working at Heights, forklift and Ariel lift.
