We're Hiring: Journeyman Electrician with Project Management Experience.
Ridge Electric Ltd., a locally owned and family-run electrical contractor, is seeking a motivated Journeyman Electrician ready to step into a leadership role.
We specialize in commercial electrical projects and pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong team dynamic.
Position: Journeyman Electrician Job Type: Full-time.
What We’re Looking For: • Journeyman Electrician with experience in commercial projects • Proven project management and crew supervision skills • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Experience completing commercial projects from start to finish within budget, schedule, and to spec •Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills • Knowledge and leadership in implementing site safety programs, daily reporting, and leading toolbox meetings.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate a team of apprentices • Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery • Maintain safety standards and documentation • Ensure quality control and project efficiency.
