We are a mature couple looking for a house with a yard. LONG TERM. A garage would be a real bonus. We are both working fulltime at good jobs, paying rent is our 1st priority, I myself have been at my place of employment long term as manager. Our wages are decent. We are looking for a roommate to share our home with.
This is a two bedroom one bathroom house on the south end of Fort Macleod. With recently purchasing and moving into this house about a month ago, we have been able to put our care into turning this house into a comfortable home. All walls have been washed and have fresh paint, all floors have been washed or replaced, and the air system has just been professionally cleaned.
The room rental does come with a small closet attached to the room, the full use of our 10x8 shed for storage, and sharing the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The rental period is month to month and includes all utilities with Internet, with a $300 damage deposit. Pets are not allowed.
We are two very nice and respectful people that have strong careers, and a strong sense of enjoying the mountains in the winter and lakes in the summer. We value being outside, downhill skiing, kiteboarding, enjoying local restaurants and friends.
The person we are looking for must be respectful, nice, clean, employed or studying, and must be able to share a house with a positive attitude.
