Light trail riding/ Companion mare up for consideration.
5 year old, grade appendix mare, 14.2hh. Was started as a late 3 year old, green broke. Crosses rivers, logs, obstacles, through the bush, etc. Ponied colts off her no problem. Stands good for the ferrier, saddling, and no issues trailering.
She came up lame on the hind end, so has been givin time off. Dysfunctional gate is most noticeable at a trot. Haven't had xrays to confirm anything. She's had bodywork done and has made improvement but no guarantees she will ever be 100% sound. Nice little mare, lots of personality, but not spooky. Probably not a "husband horse" kinda mare. Does well with time off.

2013 AQHA Broodmare. Skippin Princess. Faith is a palomino, about 15.1, broke to ride. Has done 4H, Barrels, Poles, Jumping, Drill team, Carried a flag at our local Bullarama, Worked cows. She was my 12 year old daughter's main horse as a 5 yr old. Nice minded. Has some arthritis in one hock, but is still ok for average riding, or more with some maintenance.
2013 AQHA Broodmare. Filo Shesa Lynx. Flash is a sorrel, 14ish hands, broke to ride. Has done some 4h, Barrels, Jumping, worked cows. Doesn't love arena work. Was my daughters project until we decided to breed her. Sound.
Bred to Sabre Playin Lenarey, 2018 gray stud, for May foals. Confirmed in foal by ultrasound in November.

She has great gound manners, good with feet and loading. Easy to catch.
Walk trot and canter. I would consider her a green horse.
Best suited for intermediate or advanced rider.
Requires more consistent training and riding then I am unable to give. Needs more hours and would be an awesome horse.
Has a beautiful stop and great back up.

I’m reluctantly posting my mare up for sale. I took down her previous ad with hopes to keep her but I got a job offer and haven’t been home much.
Selling my Ottb mare Voir Dire aka Finnesse.
This big girl is a beautiful mover and a lovely horse to be around! She is ready to be put in to work.
Finesse loads is good for the farrier and stands to be blanked.
She had three starts at the track and came off sound. She will be 6 in April.
Keeps well on quality hay but I’ll give bucket feed in the extreme cold.
Only vice is she is a mild cribber, can be managed with a crib collar and turn out.

Please if anyone knows where this horse is, I just want to make sure she is safe and loved. Her registered name is Appreciatetheroses, 2011 OTTB mare.
I have her papers and can give her full training history and medical history for the last 8 years. If her new owners don't want to sell her back I understand but please let me update you with everything I know about her and please let me know she is alive and well. I don't want drama, I just would love to see some pictures and updates on her.
My only wish this christmas is that my beloved heart horse has the best life.

This past year I trusted the wrong person to take care of my horse while I was in a medical crisis that almost cost me my life. That person, who I thought was my friend, took advantage of my situation. She moved my horse just as I had a trailer lined up and resold her. She made up a bunch of supposed bills I owed her (long story) and used that as a way as leverage to sell her. In hindsight I should have moved her when I had to take care of my health in another city.
I owned this mare for 8 years, she is now 12 years old. She is a reg'd thoroughbred mare that is about 16hh and her barn name is Sadie. She does have a lip tattoo but it is hard to read. She is dark bay/brown with no white markings but does have a large scar on her left side on her ribs.
She was resold out of Dewberry Alberta. If anyone knows her whereabouts or how she is please contact me. I would love to have her back if possible. TIAShow less

The girl with the big blaze on her face is 8 years old and is also broke but would need a refresher. Both girls are very well tempered and very friendly. “Lauren’s Littlestar” is a 2017 TB mare, standing 15.0HH. Maple was lightly raced as a 3 yr old, proving to be more of a sprinter than a long distance runner. Very intelligent, levelheaded and easy to handle; good to trim, deworm and tie. No known health issues, easy keeper and is put together just right. This mare is truly a stunner; impeccable conformation, solid hooves with a stout, athletic build. Registered with AQHA so can register appendix foals. Bred once, easy breeder and foaled without any issues. Open for 2024.
This mares breeding speaks for itself, with many accomplished names on her papers. Her sire, “Silver Max,” bred in Kentucky, is a multiple graded stakes winner of 2 million in race earnings. Grandsire “Badge of Silver” was also a multiple graded stakes winner with race earnings over 1 million. Her dam, “Sudden Bid” is a race earner of $70,000 and is a daughter of “Alphabet Soup,” who was a multiple graded stakes winner of 3 million and has sired 48 stakes winners including Sovereign Champion “Alpha Bettor”, millionaire “Our New Recruit”, and Grade 1 winning filly “Egg Drop”. Maple has a very strong paternal and maternal line with other notable names on her papers that include; Raise A Native, Deputy Minister, Bold Ruler and Mr. Prospecter. With limited starts, she consistently proved to be an early speed horse, making her a perfect cross on todays barrel racing or running bred studs.
