Make your set and create or use the greenscreen. No need for more space or clutter at home or guessing what you may need. Get going and have a 2nd set of hands and eyes with a technical touch.
Prop creation and technical workspace are also good use for the location. Can also automate electrification of motion and lighting.

While this setup is sufficient for pre-recorded or scheduled production (weekly, bi-weekly, or similar), it is not ideal for livestreaming unless there is a long-term commitment and an upgraded internet connection.
