Responsibilities
• Assist customers in the showroom
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Schedule countertop installations
• Coordinate with customers and installation crews
• Update customer information in company software
Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable using computers and email
• Sales or office experience is an asset
• Training provided
